March saw a decline in permanent staff appointments for the eighteenth consecutive month, with the steepest fall since November.

Temporary billings also decreased, marking five consecutive months of decline.

The availability of both permanent and temporary staff increased sharply, with pay growth for permanent staff at its lowest in over three years.
