If you do want to register in person, we’re usually very busy helping candidates find jobs, so we recommend calling and making an appointment first, so we can be prepared for your visit before dropping by any of our offices. Once an appointment has been made, come and register at your nearest CMD office.

We promise feedback for every interview you attend. We think feedback is hugely important to the recruitment process and will call you after your interview to see how you think it went. An interview works both ways, it must be the right match for you and the employer.

If something comes up and you cannot make your interview then simply let us know as early as possible as sometimes a client might have had to manage more than one person’s diary to arrange this and leaves you in a better light for them to reschedule the interview.

Will CMD put our company name on their advert. This entirely depends on you. If you are looking to work exclusively with CMD, we can compile joint advertising and ensure candidates know we are representing your brand.

Alternatively, we can advertise under a confidential basis and only discuss your company details with interested and vetted candidates.

If you are looking to recruit a specialised position, we will assign you to one of our specialist consultants within your sector.

If you are looking to recruit large volume of temporary staff, we will assign a specific account manager to be the main point of contact between CMD and your company.

We can tailor our assignment of consultant or account manager dependent on your recruitment.

You can also specify a particular consultant if you wish.

With the experience and knowledge of the team, we are always aware of our colleague’s vacancies and able to assist. Should your recruitment consultant be out of the office, we will ensure your vacancies have expert knowledge and attention with a dedicated interim consultant overseeing your recruitment needs. 

From initial offer, the candidate onboarding process should begin with regular contact from yourself and us to ensure the candidate feels comfortable from day one. This will ensure the candidate will more than likely not look at alternative offers and be fully engaged in yourself and the company they are joining. We will then keep in touch with both parties for at least one quarter to check both parties are happy and if need be iron out any issues.
