We’re looking for a driven Project Consultant to join a growing team supporting major residential and commercial construction projects. Reporting into the Senior Project Consultant, this role combines sales support, client development, and project coordination to deliver outstanding results from tender through to completion.
You’ll play a key part in managing client relationships, ensuring first-class service throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting the wider sales team on pipeline activity. This role will suit someone who is organised, commercially minded, and confident in working with contractors, developers, and architects.
Key responsibilities:
Support and manage a portfolio of residential and commercial projects, ensuring smooth progress from enquiry to delivery
Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Work closely with the Senior Project Consultant on live projects, quotes, and proposals
Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure excellent communication and service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system
Attend site visits and client meetings when needed (some travel required)
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in construction, building materials, or project-based sales
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach
Confidence working across multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider sales team
Full UK driving licence required
Details:
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + performance-related bonus (details discussed at interview)
Hours: Full time preferred (Monday–Friday)
Location: Based in Devizes with regional travel
