We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist, professional services firm based in Devizes, Wiltshire.
They’re now looking to hire a Marketing & Sales Support Executive to join a small, close-knit team. This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and providing day-to-day support to the sales function.
It’s well suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to creative, digital and administrative marketing activity, with clear guidance and genuine opportunity to build practical skills.
The position is 25 hours a week, office based and covers five days a week.
The role
Marketing execution
- Preparing, formatting and issuing marketing and sales letters
- Using Excel to organise data for mail merges and targeted campaigns
- Creating and adapting marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
- Producing and uploading website content via WordPress
- Supporting social media activity, including scheduling, content ideas and engagement monitoring
- Managing online reviews and supporting the firm’s digital presence
- Handling stock control and ordering of branded and printed materials
Campaign & content support
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Writing ad-hoc copy for letters, social posts, brochures and website content
- Collating campaign data and supporting performance reporting
Sales support
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including letters, record updates and campaign data management
- Maintaining accurate, well-structured CRM records
- Contributing ideas to improve lead nurturing and sales enablement processes
What they’re looking for:
Essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data handling
- Basic experience with WordPress or a similar CMS
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with data and structured datasets
Desirable (training available)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Exposure to CRM systems
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Interest in B2B marketing, professional services or data-led campaigns
