On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated lead to take ownership of their internal systems. This is a pivotal role for a business that prides itself on quality, ensuring they consistently meet every requirement set by law and their client base.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain their quality frameworks and support ongoing audit success.
  • Monitor and improve their internal systems and compliance processes.
  • Act as the lead contact for all audit and standard-related matters.
  • Review performance data and produce clear reports again key targets. 
  • Ensure the business meets all legal and customer requirements.
  • Manage quality records and internal audit schedules.
  • Resolve complaints and lead corrective action when standards slip. 
  • Deliver staff training on quality and compliance where needed.
  • Work with suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet agreed terms. 
  • Help teams uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage the admin side to keep the business running smoothly. 

Your Skills & Experience: 

  • A lead or Internal Auditor pass from a recognised body.
  • Level3 HACCP
  • Deep understanding of industry standards and quality systems (QMS).
  • Strong skills in data and reporting.
  • The ability to read and follow complex roles and client specs.
  • Great communication and the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • The skills to train staff and check if that training worked.
  • Ease with Microsoft Office, specially Excel & Word.
