We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join a growing team working across major residential and commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Consultant, this role sits at the heart of the customer journey — ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service from first enquiry right through to project completion.

You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, keeping projects moving, communication flowing, and customers informed every step of the way. If you’re organised, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships across a portfolio of residential and commercial projects, acting as the primary point of contact
• Handle incoming enquiries, coordinate quotes, and ensure clients are kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to resolve queries quickly and professionally
• Support the wider sales team with pipeline management, proposals, and project documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and project records on the CRM system
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-facing or coordination role, ideally within construction, building materials, or a project-based environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great customer service
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Full UK driving licence required

The Details:

• Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + performance-related bonus
• Hours: Monday–Friday, full time
• Location: Devizes-based with some regional travel
