Key New Roles:

  • Head of People – Business & Commercial Banking (Lloyds Banking Group): A new high-level role in the financial sector, indicating a focus on strategic people management.
  • HR Manager (YMCA Brunel Group): A new management position in the non-profit sector.
  • HR Programme Manager (Hays): A senior role with a salary range of £55,000 – £60,000 per year, suggesting a focus on project-based HR work.
  • HR Business Partner (Wates Group): A new HR Business Partner role in the construction industry.
  • People Operations Manager (ADLIB Recruitment / GenomeKey): Two new roles focusing on the operational aspects of HR, with one offering a salary range of £45,000 – £53,000 per year.

The job market has continued to move quickly, with many senior and specialist roles from last week no longer being listed.
