£14.24 to £15.76  

• 40 hours per week
• 12-week temporary to permanent opportunity
• Three-week rotating shift pattern
• Morning Shift – 06:00 until 14:00 – £14.24 ph
• Late Shift – 14:00 until 22:00 – £14.81 ph
• Night Shift – 22:00 until 06:00 – £15.76 ph

I have been instructed to recruit a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative with Forklift Licence to join our client who are a leading manufacturing company based in Calne.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join their team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control.
• Operating warehouse equipment in line with health and safety procedures.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient.

About You

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.
• A Forklift Truck (FLT) licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
