We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and safety-conscious Telehandler Operative to provide cover during planned periods throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking temporary assignments with competitive pay.

Pay & Hours

• £15.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 4:30pm
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Assignment Dates

• 10th August – 21st August
• 21st September – 25th September
• 19th October – 30th October
• 17th & 18th December
• 21st December – 24th December

The Role

Working on a busy site, you will be responsible for operating a 9-metre reach telehandler, safely moving materials and supporting site operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operating a 9m reach telehandler safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
• Supporting warehouse and site operations as required.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Working in line with all site health and safety procedures.
• Assisting the wider team when required.

About You

• Valid Telehandler (CPCS or NPORS) licence.
• Previous experience operating a telehandler, ideally with a 9m reach.
• A strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Own transport is desirable due to the location.
