Working Hours:

Sunday: 23:00 – 06:00
Monday – Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Devizes.

This is a hands-on night shift role involving the handling and inspection of small components within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery and supporting production processes
Handling and loading small components with care and accuracy
Carrying out visual quality inspections
Following clear work instructions and production standards
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Comfortable carrying out repetitive bench-based tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work ongoing night shifts
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
