Part-Time Administrator

Location: Outskirts of Bath, Somerset
Hours: 4 days per month (2 days every fortnight)

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator based on the outskirts of Bath.

This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible part-time work and who enjoys keeping processes organised and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support
Managing emails and correspondence
Maintaining records and filing systems
Some bookkeeping
Data entry and document preparation
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Handling telephone enquiries

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous administration experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
