Are you practical, reliable, and happy to get stuck in? We are currently recruiting for a Production & Warehouse Operative to join a busy team, supporting the assembly, inspection, and preparation of products for despatch.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The Role:

• Assembling products and carrying out final inspection checks in line with quality procedures
• Preparing goods for despatch and ensuring all production requirements are met
• Checking paperwork to ensure production items are assembled correctly and reporting any discrepancies
• Supporting materials handling and other general warehouse duties as required
• Assisting with the unloading of incoming deliveries when necessary
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment
• Following established production procedures and quality standards
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and wearing the appropriate PPE

About You

• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
• Has a reliable and practical approach to work
• Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
• Is happy to undertake a variety of warehouse and general duties
• Can follow instructions, procedures and paperwork carefully
• Understands the importance of health and safety in the workplace
• Works well as part of a team and is willing to support colleagues when needed

What’s on offer?

• Salary of £26,740 per annum, rising to £27,827 after a successful probation
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Free on-site parking
• Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm
