Yard Operative / Warehouse Assistant

Near Pewsey, Wiltshire

£12.71 per hour

Temporary Assignment – Approximately 4 Weeks

Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Yard Operative / Warehouse Assistant to join our client, a leading provider of bespoke temporary structures for prestigious events across the UK and internationally.

Based at their site near Pewsey, you will support the warehouse and yard operations, assisting with the preparation, organisation, loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment used in the construction of temporary event structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Organising and preparing stock for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
• Supporting the warehouse team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Manual handling and movement of equipment as required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse, yard, labouring, or industrial experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist where required
• Safety boots are essential

Assignment Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Approximately 4 weeks
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
