Our client is a growing company that values people, development and long-term relationships and they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their friendly team.

This is a combined customer service and sales role focused on managing inbound enquiries and supporting outbound sales activity. The position involves guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact through to order closure, while maintaining strong relationships.
The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs and coordinating sales and marketing activities to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to and qualify inbound sales enquiries
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Deliver online product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Prepare quotations using standard pricing tools and procedures
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Follow up on existing prospects and outstanding quotes
  • Support outbound sales campaigns through research and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise retention and revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Gather and report market and customer intelligence
  • Coordinate meetings and sales calls
  • Conduct outbound calls to identify new prospects and maintain data accuracy

Candidate Profile: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Proactive and persistent approach to prospecting and follow-up
