We can carry out aptitude and behavioural testing as part of the shortlisting process to help reduce the steps required to secure a placement. We can arrange video interviews to help minimise travel requirements for the client and the candidate. In-person interviews can also be arranged if you would prefer to meet with candidates directly.

Once you have met with shortlisted candidates, we can move forward with your chosen candidate, or start the search again. We can also liaise with candidates throughout contract negotiations and support the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
