We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the rail industry, looking for a reliable and hands-on Operative to join their Strip and clean department.

Responsibilities:

• Dismantle and clean train braking systems, including removing brake pads with hand tools.
• Follow all health and safety rules
• Keep your work area tidy throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an engineering factory/production environment.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Good practical ability and comfortable using hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.

Monday–Thursday: 07:00–15:30
