Key Responsibilities:


Client Leadership and Strategy:

  • Champion client accounts, forging unbreakable partnerships and nurturing exceptional relationships.
  • Lead the charge from project kick-off to awe-inspiring campaign completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery that surpasses client expectations.
  • Infuse creative and strategic genius into clients and our agency, propelling them towards peak performance.
  • Create visionary annual account plans and proactively collaborate with clients to drive their long-term strategies.
  • Cultivate exceptional client relationships, performing regular health checks and fearlessly tackling any challenges.
  • Become a fountain of knowledge about the ever-evolving therapeutic landscape, enabling informed discussions and invaluable advice.


Financial Management:

  • Inspire and mentor junior team members, igniting their financial management prowess.
  • Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts through precise budgeting, vigilant monitoring of hours vs. budget, and a collaborative approach to addressing additional budget needs.
  • Mastermind project timelines, expertly prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless alignment with planned schedules.
  • Unveil key financial and team data to senior leadership, finance, and human resources departments.
  • Detect resourcing challenges and identify recruitment needs for your accounts.
  • Operate within airtight financial and project management processes, flawlessly adhering to company procedures.


Team and Resource Management:

  • Command and mentor a team of awe-inspiring individuals, including Project Managers, Project Directors, and Account Directors.
  • Provide unwavering guidance and support, ensuring the delivery of client work that exceeds expectations.
  • Spotlight training needs and make stellar recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with external service providers as required.
  • Infuse the agency with your industry experience and expertise, fostering cross-account collaboration.


New Business Development:

  • Forge proactive alliances with clients, unearthing untapped opportunities and fuelling business growth.
  • Cultivate organic expansion within client organizations and through powerful referrals.
