Our client is one of Wiltshire’s leading agencies within the property industry. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team, on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the smooth management of tenancies, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Previous similar experience would be an advantage, however if you are a proactive administrator who is ready to learn new skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handling all inquiries, emails and phone calls promptly
• Oversee the advertising of vacant properties
• Coordinate the tenancy process e.g. conduct viewings, screen prospective tenants
• Monitor rental payments, ensuring effective communication with tenants are met to resolve any payment issues
• Progress maintenance inquiries, updating where possible
• Process legal compliance issues, arranging safety inspections
• Manage lease renewals, negotiate terms with tenants
• Manage end of tenancy requirements, e.g. conducting inspections, deposit deductions
• Negotiate contract renewals with Landlords
• Address tenant complaints promptly
• Maintain compliance in line with industry regulations
• Record any hazard and accident incidents immediately

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service abilities
• Previous property experience
• Excellent attention to detail

This role will require travel around the local area, so a full clean driving license is essential.

The hours for the role are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm & Saturdays as required
