£26,000 – £28,000pa d.o.e

Our client is currently is seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their growing team in Melksham. You will be an integral part of the business, supporting the Senior Bookkeeper with a variety of duties:

Duties:

• Monitoring the accounts inbox
• Raising customer credit notes
• Processing vendor credit notes
• Processing invoices
• Posting and reconciling credit card expenses
• Maintaining Customer Account Details
• Coding & Filing Invoices
• Answering general accounting queries

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working within a similar role or currently studying AAT
• Knowledge of SAGE
• Good communication skills 

The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
