Our client is a very friendly organisation with a strong focus on developing systems and procedures that utilise the newest innovations in technology. There is an abundance of opportunities for the right candidate to get involved in improvement projects across all areas of the business too.

The company is now looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative training support to the business, supporting and working closely with their other Business Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring training is complaint in line with the company policy, HSE and Client requirements along with making sure all drawings are up to date for sites.

Duties will include;-

  • Support and work with the other Business Support Coordinator.
  • Monitor customer care mailbox.
  • Analyse customer cares reports and loading relevant ones onto system.
  • Respond to phone call and emails regarding queries from Clients relating to customer cares.
  • Review chargeable works, chasing Quantity Surveyors for quotes, Clients for orders and Contract Managers for updates on progress.
  • Monitor drawings mailbox and pull drawings from emails.
  • Update drawing register.
  • Monitor training mailbox.
  • Sourcing training at best value for the business and seek approval before booking.
  • Ensure a signed training agreement is in place before a course is booked.
  • Arranging all training required for all areas of the business.

Candidate Specification;-

  • Must have previous administration or training experience within the construction industry.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise.
