Are you a confident Administrator looking to embark on a new challenge within the world of finance? Do your strengths lie in supporting a very busy admin team? If you’re so, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for!

Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced and methodical Administrator to join their very established team, where you will be responsible for ensuring all administration requirements are executed for the business. This is a newly created role for the business, and therefore the role will have a lot of variety and a chance to make the role your own.

The role:

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Building and maintaining existing and new client files
  • Processing new business online and directly with providers
  • Arranging and preparing client meetings
  • Dealing with ad-hoc queries and tasks for clients
  • Maintain and update the in-house CRM
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and hybrid working will be available once a successful probation period is completed.
