Due to continued growth, this dynamic financial services team are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dedicated team, where you will be at the heart of our client-focused operation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the clients’ financial journeys.

The role:

  • Processing client enquiries and allocating to the appropriate Advisor
  • Responding to client enquiries and resolving queries
  • Liaise with product providers / clients and prospects
  • Preparing reports and application forms
  • Reconciling fee statements / invoices and resolve payment queries
  • Ensure all clients files are accurate and updated, both electronically and paper-based
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Experience within a financial services setting would be advantageous
  • A dynamic and methodical approach
  • A passion for delivering an excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft’ Office

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch. Hybrid working is available once a successful induction period is completed (2 days working from home).
