Our client is seeking a passionate Accounting and Finance Lecturer/Assessor to inspire and guide learners towards success in the ever-changing field of finance.

 The successful candidate will collaborate with apprenticeship and curriculum managers, in delivering a high-quality accounting curriculum encompassing classroom instruction, practical teaching, and onsite apprentice assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful teaching, tailored to different levels (L1, L2, L3)
• Develop enriching teaching plans and assessments
• Lead engaging sessions promoting diversity within the Accounting and Finance industry
• Monitor student assessments and advancements
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Support on-site and workplace training
• Contribute to seamless curriculum delivery
• Prepare learners for exams and assessments
• Use technology to inspire and engage learners
• Participate in curriculum reviews, infusing innovation
• Embrace safeguarding, ensuring learners’ well-being

Skills & Experience:

• TAQA or A1 Assessor qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
• Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above or willingness to work towards one
• Extensive experience working in the Accounting and Finance industry
• Excellent communication abilities
• Fantastic timekeeping and motivation abilities

Due to travel to learners place of work and their sister campus, a full clean driving license is essential.
