Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings with prospects to identify requirements, pain points, and key business drivers.
- Deliver tailored and in-depth software demonstrations to smaller prospects online via Teams.
- Coordinate and book demonstrations on behalf of senior sales staff to ensure a seamless prospect handover experience.
- Engage with new customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.
- Systematically contact lost leads to explore opportunities for re-engagement.
- Maintain meticulous notes on the CRM system to keep lead information up to date for effective prospect tracking and reporting.
- Utilise initiative to expand the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Assist trial accounts in optimizing system usage and serve as their point of contact for any questions.
- Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and products, demonstrating extensive knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing a seamless end-to-end sales cycle.
- Produce custom pricing proposals for prospects and provide relevant sales collateral.
- Manage customer requirements, both product and contractual, throughout the sales process.
- After successful close, track customer engagement and usage using system tools and reports.
