Our client is seeking a proactive and self motivated individual to help with the ongoing growth of their Financial Planning business.
You will provide administration support to their Consultants and Para Planners, including preparation for client meetings, investment summaries, creating and maintaining client records (using 1st Adviser Office), and processing new business applications.
You will join their highly motivated team, helping to contribute to the efficiency and high performance of the team by prioritising and managing your workload, and delivering on time.
Qualifications & Skills;-
* Working towards the Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) an advantage.
* Experience of working in a busy administration environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to clearly communicate with clients by post, email and telephone.
* Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines and service standards.
* Experience of using 1st Software / maintaining accurate clients records a great advantage.
